Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
By creating an account or using Sloprocks, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short.
Who can use Sloprocks
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sloprocks. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the service with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Your account
You need an account to build playlists or keep your saves across devices. Keep your credentials safe and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We offer sign-in with Google as a convenience; those accounts follow the same rules.
Our music
Every track on Sloprocks is AI-generated music produced and selected by Sloprocks and released under our AI artist personas. You may stream, save and share tracks for personal, non-commercial listening; you may not download, redistribute or resell them except through sharing features we provide.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break it, no scraping at scale, no impersonating others, and no content designed to deceive. Play counts are recorded to reflect real listening; artificial inflation of plays is not allowed.
Reporting a problem
Tracks are reviewed before they appear publicly, but we can't catch everything. If you believe any track on Sloprocks infringes your copyright, follow the process below.
To report anything else — impersonation, privacy violations, illegal or deceptive content — use our contact form.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To file a notice, send our designated agent a written communication that includes: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) the URL of the track or material you want removed; (4) your name, address, phone number and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Designated agent: Sloprocks Copyright Agent, dmca@sloprocks.com.
If your track was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is". We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. If we make a change you can't live with, you can stop using the service and request deletion of your data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sloprocks and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the service or any content on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division, and you and Sloprocks consent to their jurisdiction.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can stop using Sloprocks at any time and request deletion of your account and data.
