Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address, a display name, and your username. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google name, email address and profile picture to build your profile. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes by our authentication provider — we never see them.

We record listening events — plays, how long you listen, skips, replays, saves and shares — and link them to your account or, if you're signed out, to a random identifier stored on your device. We use this to power features like Fresh Slop, Slop Picks and Radio, count plays, prevent artificial plays, and improve the service. We also use listening activity, including saves, shares and listening behavior, to help decide which new songs our AI artists release next. Play counts on public tracks are shown as totals; your personal listening history is not public.

If you use our contact form, we store your message, its topic and the reply email you choose to give (optional). We use this only to read and respond to you.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your playback session, and keep tracks you save on this device before you create an account. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.

Your data is shared only with the service providers that help run Sloprocks — hosting and storage, sign-in, analytics infrastructure, email delivery, and AI music-generation services — and only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell personal data.

Email privacy@sloprocks.com from the address on your account to delete your account and data — profile, likes, playlists and listening history — and we'll take care of it. Aggregate statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
